Tolbert-Johnson, Jovan Jonas Tolbert (Ashley) and Jasmine Marie Tolbert (Kenneth); his siblings, Yvette Jones (Walter Sr.), Cabirii Johnson-Matthews (David) and Herbert Johnson; and his aunts, Janice Scott, Carol Jean Ethridge and Viola Brown. He is also survived by grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, dear friends.
