She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Smith; and her siblings, Marion, Bob, Bill and Mildred.
She is survived by: her brother Jesse (Debbie). She is also survived by 10 nieces/nephews, and numerous great-nieces/nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials made in Jean's name may be directed to a charity of one's choice.
