He is survived by: his wife Amy Sloan; his daughters, Allison, Jenna, Julia and Alaina; his granddaughter Nova; his siblings, Richard, Craig and Rachael Spangler (Craigg); his nephew Ryan Spangler; and his niece Samantha Ornelas (Aldo).
