It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jesse J. Atilano (Chicago, Illinois), who passed away on August 1, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse and Esther; and his brother-in-law Jim Ariel. He is survived by: his children, Brandon Atilano (Cecilia), Jesse J. Jr. Atilano (Carla Aguilar), Simon Atilano (Aliya Camacho) and Charles Atilano; his grandchild Jesse J III; his siblings, Carmen Marose, Bonnie Ariel and Mark Atilano (Gina); his nieces and nephews, Michelle Marose, Mike Marose (Barbara), Vanessa Medlin (Dan), Natalie Wolfe (Nate) and Jason Atilano (Stephanie); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Issac, Isabel Medlin, Jake, Micaela Marose, Jayden and Harper Atilano.
