She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Rekosiewicz and Adeline Rekosiewicz; her brother Ron Sykstus; her sister-in-law Diane Sykstus; and her cousins, Diane Pukal (Ron) and Ted Sykstus (Marilyn).
She is survived by: her husband Larry Bzdon; her nephews, Ron Sykstus (Patty), John Sykstus (Moira) and Bill Sykstus (Chris); her sister-in-law Sister Marcianne Bzdon; and her cousin Mark Pukal (Amy).
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. Adalbert's Cemetery (6800 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
