He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Canella and Lena Vitello; and his brother Joseph Canella. He is survived by: his children, Salvatore Canella (Mary), Sandra Pranczke (Dennis) and Michael Canella (Angeline); his grandchildren, Francesca, Sofia, Isabella, Judith, Danny, Dennis, Alyssa, Natalie, Nicole and Antonette; and his great grandchildren, Felipe, Alana, Gianna, David and Halo.
