He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. O'Mara and Mary O'Mara (Joyce); and his siblings, Martin O'Meara, Mary Felsl, Rita Bland and Jim O'Meara.
He is survived by: his children, Marcia Hiehle (John), John A. O'Meara (Barb) and Tim O'Meara (Beth); his grandchildren, George, Martina, Natalie, Maeve, Greta, John P., Madelyn, Malin and Lena; his great grandchild Giulia; and his siblings, Ellen Jones and Tom O'Meara (Elizabeth). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
