He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rosemary; his children, John (Laura), Jim (Joanne), Michael Chomiak (Sarah), Rose Green (Jim) and Daniel Chomiak (Brenna); his grandchildren, John Robert, Eleanor, Sam, Ryann, Henry, Elle, Kevin, Margo, Elizabeth, Amelia, Charlotte, Emmett and Connor; and his siblings, Michaelene Beaudin and Phillip Chomiak (Diane).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Barnabas Church (10134 S Longwood Dr, Chicago, IL 60643). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 12:15 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (6001 W 111th St, Alsip, IL 60803).
