He was predeceased by: his parents, John E Tobolski Sr. and Gloria; and his siblings, Peter and Dudak. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa; and his siblings, Gloria Sendelbaugh, Francis [Tommy] Dymek, Stephen Tobolski, Paul [Cheri] Tobolski, Andrea [Tom] Kemp and Elizabeth. He is also survived by uncle, aunt, and several beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made as gifts to the American Cancer Society.
