John Vlahos Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Vlahos in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 13, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmanuel Vlahos and Maria Vlahos. He is survived by: his wife Alexandra Vlahos; his children, Emmanuel Vlahos (Melissa), Maria Shields (Jimi) and Eleanna Hall (Steve); his grandchildren, Elia, Halee, Sofia, Lenna, Rhea and Ally; and his sister Panagiota Diakogeorgiou. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law and multiple nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in John's name to the St. Demetrios New Building Fund and/or Philoptochos Society, 429 High St NE, Warren, OH 44481.
