He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bolin; his children, Dan Bolin (Jen) and Katie Bolin; his siblings, Colleen Rothing (Joe), Jim Bolin (Geri) and Eileen Murphy (Dan); his brother-in-law Terry Casper (late Mary Pat); and his nieces and nephews, Michael Casper (Joy), Matthew Rothing, Casey Rothing (Lisette), Jamie Hayden (Spencer), Maureen Lucey, Jr. (Jamie), Nicholas Bolin, Zachary Bolin (Rashel), Shawn Bolin, Brian Murphy (Katie) and Tommy Murphy. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
