“Josie was a special person, a beacon of light and a life savior for the entire neighborhood of South Yates Blvd. She was the caregiver for all the children. As a neighbor for greater than 40 years she helped to mentor and teach my grands. She will be greatly missed. Maybe Heaven has gained a caregiver for those children up there! To Shawn and Chad we realized you lost an earthly mother, but the Lord has gained a heavenly helper. Sorry I didn't make the services. Love & God Bless! Ella Horn.”
