He is survived by: his wife Anna; his sons, Piotrek, Szczepan and Bartek; and his granddaughters, Zuzia and Zosia.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schielka Addison Street Funeral Home (7710 W Addison St, Chicago, IL 60634). A prayer was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St Francis Borgia Roman Catholic Church (8033 W Addison St, Chicago, IL 60634). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at the Maryhill Catholic Cemetery (8600 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
