He was predeceased by: his parents, Alejo Ortiz and Carmen Ortiz. He is survived by: his siblings, Alejandra Ortiz (Victor), Dario Ortiz (Vanessa) and Miguel Ortiz (Rubi); his significant other Sonia Carrizales; and his daughters, Jaida, Jayla and Jayleen. He is also survived by his family and friends.
