She is survived by: her children, Joseph Hernandez, Porfirio Hernandez (Josie), Maria Melogza (Francisco), Julio Hernandez (Mary), Juana Sommers (Herb), Linda Gonzalez (Arturo), Peter Hernandez (Luz), Irene Miranda (Johnny), Alfredo Hernandez (Cristoball), Anna Fonseca (Toribio), Nancy Ursetta (Rosario), Daniel Hernandez (Norma) and May.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM at the Foran Funeral Home - Summit (7300 W Archer Ave, Summit, IL 60501). A prayer will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Daniel the Prophet Church (5358 S Nashville Ave, Chicago, IL 60638).
