We are sad to announce that, on June 23, 2023, at the age of 68, Kathleen A. Gallichio (Chicago, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Gallichio and Anne Therese Gallichio; her siblings, Michael (Marsha), Frank (Victoria), Mary McNulty (late Terrence) and Donna Burke (Patrick); and her nieces and nephews, Jennifer Cohen (Marc), David Gallichio (Laura), Nicholas Gallichio, Jennifer Hoeck (Kevin), Christine Baker (Jamie), Emily Surmin (Mark), Victoria Gallichio, Martin McNulty (Carrin), Kevin McNulty, Bridget Burke (Scott), Patrick Burke (Michele) and Maura Burke. She was also cherished by her family and friends.
