With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathleen L. Gallichio (Chicago, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 19, 2025 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her husband James Gallichio; and her parents, James Reed and Emily Reed. She is survived by: her children, Gina Gallichio, James Jr. Gallichio (Laura) and Christopher Gallichio (Diane); her grandchildren, Reno (Michelle), Vincent, Francesca, Sarah, Jillian and Gianni; and her siblings, Bobbi Molinari (late John) and Pat Culhane (Michael). She is also survived by her children and grandchildren as the best mother and grandmother.
