She is survived by: her daughter April Williams; her siblings, James Holmes, Curtis Holmes, Mary Alice Hardy and Mildred Holmes; her children, Vanessa Williams-Anderson (Dwight), Charles Williams Jr. (Teonna) and Gary Williams (Birgetta); her grandchildren, Laporsha, Candice, Shakia, Kiara, Akia, Divonte, Gary Jr., Kaitlyn, Shaila and Heaven of Charles, III.; and her siblings, Melvin, Michael, Anthony (Darlett), Gregory, Darryl, Linda (Renee), Shirley, Veronica and Barbara Jean.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Brian P. Pickett Funeral Home (5301 W Madison St, Chicago, IL 60644). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Home of Life MB Church (4650 W Madison St, Chicago, IL 60644).
