It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn Louise Voss Vigen (Chicago, Illinois), who passed away on August 12, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Conradine Richter Voss and Edward Stanley Voss; her sister Shirley Jovaag; and her close friend Bob Jones. She is survived by: her children, Eric Edward Vigen, Amy Louise Hemstad (Burton Schwartz) and Aana Marie Vigen (Alison Strickler); her grandchildren, Sean Michael Hemstad, Christopher James Hemstad (Laura), Sarah Kathryn Hemstad and Benjamin Gabriel Vigen Strickler; her nieces, Kathryn West (Casey) and Joy Alvares; and her nephew Brad Jovaag (Pam).
