We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2024, at the age of 46, Kimberly A. Fontanez of Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Kimberly may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Kimberly touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her children, Drew, Brandon (Brianna), Caitlyn and Matthew; her grandchild Everly; her siblings, Bruce Jr. and Christine Zelasko; her parents, Bruce Zelasko and Donna Zelasko; and her husband Matthew.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Richard-Midway Funeral Home (5749 S Archer Ave, Chicago, IL 60638). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
