He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Mae and Emmett Allen. He is survived by: his friend Claude; his son Lance Dexter Allen II; and his sisters, Patricia Banks, Annie Louise Woods and Evelyn Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
