We announce the death of Lawrence R. Cubalchini (Chicago, Illinois), who passed away on September 24, 2026, at the age of 63. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Cubalchini and Robert Cubalchini; and his brothers, Robert Cubalchini and Frank Cubalchini. He is survived by: his husband Santiago Toledo, MD; his daughter Sarah Hammond (John); and his grandson Theodore "Teddy" Hammond.
The lying in state will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church (708 W Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60657). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
