He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Levy and Freda Levy; his wife Lenore Levy; and his brother Errol Levy. He is survived by: his children, Polly Levinson (late Vic), Jane Adler (Larry), Dr. Mia Levy and Fran Levy; his grandchildren, Destiny, Willow, Ellie, Max, Ian, Alex, Dana, Nora, Naomi, Yael, Tamar, Daniel and Netanel; his brother Sheldon (Mary Lois); Izzy Mann.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 12:15 PM at the Shalom Chapel Service Shalom Memorial Funeral Home (1700 W Rand Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004).
