He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Ann Fisher of Corrigan Texas; his sons, Norris Anthony Perkins and Christopher DeLeon Perkins; and his siblings, Elvis Perkins and Loretha Robinson. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and host of nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
