He is survived by: his wife Lorna Joanne Thompson; his children, Tod Kendrick (Heather), Julie Erickson (Keith), Marnie Hiatt and John Kendrick (Kim); his brother Lynden Kendrick (Betty); and his sister-in-law Karen Kendrick. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
