He was predeceased by: his father Austerberto Arteaga. He is survived by: his wife Jacquie Saavedra; his children, Julian Arteaga and Alexus Schoolfield (Tevin Schoolfield); and his mother Socorro Arteaga. He is also survived by three brothers.
