He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Sr. Barrientos and Elaine Barrientos; his daughter Malena Barrientos; his granddaughter Violet Marie Barrientos; and his brothers, Richard Barrientos and Daniel Barrientos.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Barrientos; his siblings, Juanita Biernat, Porfiria Salins (William) and JoAnn Flynn (late Edward); and his children, Manuel Adam Barrientos, Anthony Barrientos (Diane), Lance Barrientos, Kimberly Hoffman (Miguel), Keith Hoffman (Christina) and Juan Jr. Esparza (Elena).
