“To Gail and Marca's husband and children, I knew "Marcia" many years ago when I use to visit her and her family with my friend and her cousin, Diane. Even then I was impressed by her free spirit, caring personality and strong principles. It was no surprise to read about all the accomplishments she made in her lifetime.
