He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Emma Flores; his children, Mario, Noé (Marlén Valdivia-Flores) and Moises (Janet Perez-Flores); his grandchildren, Anjelí "Mimi", Kyra Elena, Isabel Amada, Sofia Emma and Gabriel Aidan; and his siblings, Angel Flores (María) and Pedro Flores (Celía).
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Elms Funeral Home (7600 W Grand Ave, Elmwood Park, IL 60707). A prayer was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Elmwood Park (7600 W Grand Ave, Elmwood Park, IL 60707). A burial was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at the Maryhill Catholic Cemetery (8600 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
In lieu of flowers, a donation in Mario's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated.
