He was predeceased by: his cousin Thomas Brinegar; and his nieces and nephews, Mary Edith Remien, Elizabeth Remien Haas (Bryan), Charles, George Haas, Mary Patricia French and Steven Whitehead.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ann Remien (late Harry), Michael French (Claire) and Patricia Whitehead (Steven); and his cousins, Virginia Bishop (Dan), Terrence McGowan and Kathy Cowan (Brian).
