He was predeceased by: his parents, Selma Harris and Charles Harris Sr.; and his siblings, Charles Harris Jr., Sheila Rhaburn and Renette Harris.

He is survived by: his children, Andrea Lawson (Shawn), Mark Anthony Harris Jr., Barbara Perduto, Karen Harris and Joseph Harris.
