“am thinking of Elizabeth today. We spent many hrs together water jogging in the UVA pools. During this time I got to know her family because she poke about them often. She loved her sisters, Milo, Mom and Dad. We spoke of letters, music/bands, gardens, family traditions, and faith. We reviewed books, shared stories and concerns. She was a gentle soul and wanted to heal the world. I have a thriving plant in my foyer that she gave me when she graduated.”

“I am very sorry for your loss. Elizabeth and I spent many hours water jogging together in the North Grounds pool at UVA. I learned about Food Not Bombs, UVA student gardens, and family, from Elizabeth. She was passionate about many things and devoted her life to making the world a better more peaceful place. Prayers for you all, whom she loves so much.”

“I was shocked to learn of Elizabeth's passing, she was so young and full of life. It was a shame that flame burned so brightly that it burned out so soon. I only knew her through our book club and she always was a welcome member of group. She brought an intelligent, youthful perspective to our group. We will miss her. As the father of two children roughly her age, I cannot imagine the pain of losing her so young. You have my deepest sympathy. May her memory be a blessing.”
