She is survived by: her husband Frederick Henry Kopko, Jr.; her children, Elizabeth Mary Kopko, Thomas Frederick Kopko and Catherine Martha Kopko; and her grandchild Mirabell Elizabeth Kopko. She is also survived by many other family members and dear friends.
