She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Joseph Mazurski and Jane Patricia Ryan; and her siblings, Sally Boudreau and Johnny Mazurski. She is survived by: her friend Margie Pesarisi.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Midtown Funeral Home and Cremation (3918 W Irving Park Rd, Chicago, IL 60618). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 9:45 AM at the St. Andrew's Church (3546 N Paulina St, Chicago, IL 60657). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Andrew Catholic Church (157 W Grand Ave, Chicago, IL 60654).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Misericordia or Anti-Cruelty of Chicago in Mary Pat's honor.
