She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Kristen Ashlee Charleston; her parents, Stefania Bozek and John Bozek; and her siblings, Viola Bozek, Genevieve Jorasz (late Andrew), Helen Szymanski (late Edward), Jessie Paszkowski (late Theofil), Joseph, Stanley (Josephine), Edwin (late Eleanore) and Casimir Bozek (Beverly).
She is survived by: her husband Edmund Czuma; her children, Barbara Boyes (Kenneth), Pat Charleston (Russell) and Richard Czuma (Barbara); and her grandsons, Richard Czuma, David Charleston (Elizabeth), Michael Czuma (Sarah) and Christopher Boyes.
