He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mia D. Perkins; his children, Dakota and Mila Mulyk; his stepdaughter Kayla Chasing; his parents, Michael J. Mulyk and Deborah A. Mulyk; his siblings, Mark Mulyk (Andrea) and Nicole Skelly (Josh); his nieces and nephews, Nicholas, Sofiya Mulyk and Roman Skelly; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Agatha Lefler. He was also cherished by his many friends, neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Muzyka Funeral Home (2157 W Chicago Ave, Chicago, IL 60622). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Will Immediately Follow the Memorial.
