She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hardin and Evalena Hardin (Callicutt); her brother Eddie Mae Reed; and her close friends, Leslie Cooper and Laverne Tyson.
She is survived by: her children, Robert (Sylvia), William, Lenard Whiting (Tunisia), Lawrence Davis, Delois, Mary Whiting and Felicia Rogers (Anthony); her grandchildren, Sarah Banks, Dreana, Kewon, Laquita Anderson, Willian Ray, DaMarcus, DeAnna, Lakiesha, Michael, Sharon, Valerie, Franchon, De'Asia Whiting and Antoinette Rogers; her siblings, Ralph (Sarah) of Youngstown, OH and Christine Jackson of Topeka, KS; her son Mans; her grandsons, Antonio, Antwon Rogers and Terry Whiting; her great grandchild Donzell Paxton; and her siblings, Ethel, Bennie, William, Roosevelt Hardin, Joeada Clay, Martha Eldridge and Jessie Dandridge. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
