He was predeceased by: his parents, Stratton Helton and Viola Howard Helton; his brothers, Ernest Howard and Edward Helton; his children, George Gareth and Glenda Young; and his sisters, Ethel, Jean and Hazel.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Helton of Asher, KY and Elizabeth Holland of Essie, KY; his sister Mary Elizabeth Howard (Ralph) of Stinnett, KY; his grandchildren, Gene, Kelsie Pearl, Abby Gail Violet and Michael Douglas Whitehead; and his niece Geneva Lewis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
