He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia. He is survived by: his children, Melissa, Anthony (Barbara) and Matthew (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Riley, Charlie, Gianna, Rocco, Mia, Nolan and McKenzie; his father Anthony; and his siblings, Michelle, Mark (Leslie) and Andrew (Andrea).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Misericordia Heart of Mercy, a cause close to Michael's heart.
