He is survived by: his children, Michelle, Shari "Rosie" Kelly (Patrick), Mikey and John (Monica); his grandchildren, Kristi, Staci, Kelli, Ashley, Jack, Matthew, Justin, Samantha and John, Jr.; and his siblings, Cora Roth (Randy) and Joseph Hudak.
