He was predeceased by: his father Macario Ortiz Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Bertha Cortez; his daughters, Lola Countess and Lana Isabel; and his siblings, Veronica (Alejandro), Jasmine (Travis), Macario III, Jesus (Myra), Eduardo, Aaron and Carlos. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
