He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria; his daughter Grace Anne Gaughan (Michael); his cousins, Leo F. Wrenn (Gilda), John P. and Peter J. Wrenn (Joan); his parents, Francis Wrenn and Anna Wrenn; and his brother Thomas F. Wrenn (Anne).

He is survived by: his children, Michael Joseph, Charles Francis (Dawn) and Catherine Gloria; his granddaughter Nora Kathleen; and his cousin Patricia A. Wrenn.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Benedictine Sisters of Chicago are appreciated.
