She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sofio Kalaw of Luna Kalaw and Alejandra Juliano Kalaw; her husband Ruben Romero Monroy; her children, Teodoro Monroy and Maya Monroy; her grandchildren, Taylor and Riley Dykema; and her siblings, Adelaida Kalaw Rigor, Renato Juliano Kalaw and Ernesto Juliano Kalaw.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Colonial-Wojciechowski Funeral Home (8025 W Golf Rd, Niles, IL 60714).
