He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Perkovic and Marija Perkovic; his sister Katherine Drazenovic (Joseph); and his nephews, Anthony Drazenovic and John Drazenovic.
He is survived by: his wife Ruza; his children, Mark, John (Valerie) and Maria Perkovic (Philip); his grandchildren, Mila Perkovic, Marlena Perkovic, Ava Perkovic, Katherine Perkovic, Luka Perkovic, Sanja Leers and Neven Leers; his sibling Zlata Sajkovic (Jure); and his nieces and nephews, Michael "Ljubo" Drazenovic (Ann Marie), Snjezana "Mary" Bahl and Tomislav Sajkovic. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Jerome Croatian Catholic Church (2823 S Princeton Ave, Chicago, IL 60616). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
