She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond H. Mitchell; her parents, William Fox and Anna Fox; and her siblings, William Fox, Laurence Fox and Mary Therese Novak.
She is survived by: her children, Bridget Mitchell (Daniel Crowe), Nancy L. Mitchell, Mary Kate Witry (Paul) and Raymond W. Mitchell; her grandchildren, Anne Crowe (Satchel Londino-Green), Paul Witry and William Witry; and her caregivers, Alicia, Martha, Marilu and Bella.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas the Apostle Church (5472 S Kimbark Ave, Chicago, IL 60615). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to a charity of your choice will be appreciated.
