She was predeceased by : her former life partner Bruno Kampioni; her husband Anthony Alexander; her parents, Boleslaw and Wanda; and her sisters, Lillian Zaj, Regina Ludwa and Lucja Borek Kryst.

She is survived by : her brother Richard Markuszewski; and her nieces and nephews, Christine Dublin (Jim), Alina Zaj, Lester Borek (Marsha) and Henry Borek (Verna).
