She was predeceased by: her parents, Onufry Hubej and Anna Hubej; and her husband Raymond. She is survived by: her sister Valentina Zasadney (Orest); her nieces, Natalie Hartung (Nathan), Elena and Evelyn; her nephew Alex; her cousins, Dr. Frank, Fran Matheu of West Bend, Ellis and Connie Matheu of Park Ridge, Illinois; Kevin and Lisa Flanagan.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Muzyka & Son Funeral Home (5776 W Lawrence Ave, Chicago, IL 60630). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
