He is survived by: his mother Elena San Miguel Gonzales; his grandmother Maria Elena Chavez; and his daughters, Mariana Chavez, Emilia Chavez, Step (Eric Lindo) and Melinda Barajas (Melinda Chavez). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
