“I met Mr. Williams in 1995 when he was running New Beginnings Recovery Homes on the West Side of Chicago and our team from Circle Family Care was providing medical care to those experiencing homelessness. Always trying to help those in recovery and especially those recently released from incarceration, Mr. Williams had a huge heart. Facing many challenges and a distinct lack of resources did not sway him from trying to find a way to help. Our team will always remember him. Thomas D. Huggett, MD”
