It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Mathers of Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on March 3, 2026, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sigard Clark and Opal Clark (Craig); her husband Gene Mathers; her children, David and Laura; and her brothers, Robert and Richard.
She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth Timmons (David) of East Moline; her children-in-law, RoseMary Mathers of North Henderson and Jay Brandenburg of Oceanside, California; and her grandchildren, Melissa, Molly, David, Katie, Sara, Emily and Chris. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Hinchliff-Pearson-West, Inc. (1070 W Fremont St, Galesburg, IL 61401). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Mt. Vernon Cemetery.
